Privacy Policy
Logistics ABS website information, dated 26 September 2026.
Information we collect
When you use a contact, quote or tracking form, the site may receive the details you enter, such as your name, company, contact information, shipment locations and cargo description. The information may also include technical request data needed to operate and secure the website.
Career applications collect an applicant’s name, email address, phone number, resume or CV, and any optional message. Application details are stored in the website database and resume files in private application storage for review by the business operating the site.
Do not submit confidential commercial information, government identification numbers or payment-card details through a general website form. Shipment data should be limited to information needed to discuss a logistics request.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to an enquiry, scope a freight request, provide shipment support, maintain business records, improve site operation and protect the service against misuse. A request for a quote does not itself create a transport contract.
Contact form submissions are stored in the website database for the business to review and respond to. Career applications are also stored in the database, and resume files are kept in private application storage for authorized business review. Quote requests are validated by the demonstration form but are not stored. A production deployment should publish the applicable retention and privacy contact details before collecting personal information.
Sharing with service providers
A logistics service may require information to be shared with carriers, customs brokers, warehouse operators, insurers or other parties needed to assess or perform the requested movement. Any real-world sharing should be limited to the information required for that purpose and governed by appropriate contractual and security arrangements.
This website does not currently submit form data to those parties. Do not interpret the descriptions of potential logistics processes as a statement that a shipment has been booked or customs services have been engaged.
International transfers
International freight may involve processing in more than one country. Where personal information is transferred across borders in a production service, the responsible organization should identify the applicable legal basis and implement safeguards required by the relevant privacy laws.
The business operating this site should add its legal entity, privacy contact and jurisdiction-specific transfer information before publishing a production privacy notice.
Retention and security
Personal information should be retained only as long as needed for the stated business purpose, legal obligations or dispute resolution. Contact enquiries and career applications are available to signed-in administrators in the website admin area. Appropriate access controls, secure transmission, backups and incident procedures should be used for any production system that stores customer enquiries or shipment records.
No online service can promise absolute security. Contact the business through a verified channel if you believe information has been sent to the wrong recipient or exposed.
Cookies and analytics
The visible application uses standard browser functionality to display its pages and forms. If analytics, advertising cookies or other non-essential tracking are added, the operator should disclose them and obtain consent where required by law.
Third-party font or image resources may be requested by a visitor’s browser when those resources are included on a page. Their providers may receive technical connection information under their own terms and policies.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Requests should identify the information and the relevant interaction without including unnecessary sensitive details.
A production deployment should provide a verified privacy contact and explain how to complain to the relevant supervisory authority. This demonstration site does not currently have a dedicated privacy-request workflow.
Changes and contact
This notice is dated 26 September 2026 and may need revision when the site’s data practices, service providers or legal requirements change. The website operator should review the text before using the site to collect live personal information.
For general enquiries, use the contact details on the Contact page. Do not send sensitive information until the receiving organization and channel have been verified.
